Gaston Reboredo is a seasoned real estate consultant that has several years of experience in leasing, managing, financing, syndicating and brokering investment commercial and residential properties and developing real estate projects in Florida and North Carolina. After five years working as an Engineer, he started in real estate in 1989. He started to work as a commercial broker with Merrill Lynch Realty and later opened his own company. Since 1990 Gaston has been serving institutional and private investors with acquisition, disposition and management of residential and commercial property portfolios. He has also participated in placing the financing for many acquisitions and has orchestrated with his Team of Accountants and Attorneys adequate legal structures for Domestic Private Real Estate Trusts and Offshore Entities owned by Foreign Investors. He has overseen leasing and management activities for residential and commercial portfolios for Institutional Investors and has been a Principal and Managing Partner in real estate development projects in Florida and North Carolina where he participated in several land development projects in North Carolina and Luxury Townhome and Exclusive Condo developments in South Florida. He has also been a Real Estate Investment Consultant for two Family Offices over the years.

Gaston has earned the prestigious CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation (www.ccim.com), the CPM (Certified Property Manager) designation, the highest property management designation worldwide (www.irem.org), and is a Graduate of the Realtors Institute. Gaston has earned a Certificate in Digital Business Strategies from the Sloan School of Management at MIT (Massachusetts Institute of Technology) and a Certificate in Real Estate Investment Analysis from the School of Architecture and Planning also at MIT. Gaston holds a B.S. Degree in Industrial Engineering and an MBA (Masters in Business Administration) with a concentration in Finance. Gaston is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in the States of Florida and North Carolina and a Licensed Real Estate Instructor in the State of Florida.
