Florida Property Management Services LLC was hired as the exclusive leasing and property management company for one of the nation’s largest private equity funds, Colony American Homes, in its portfolio acquisition of over 1000 units in Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach and St Lucie Counties. Florida Property Management Services LLC, as the exclusive leasing broker performed all activities from analyzing market rents, tenant screening services, property marketing, lease preparation, lease administration and lease renewals and tenant retention. As the exclusive property management company Florida Property Management Services LLC, provided day to day support in working with trustee occupied properties, property inspections, routine maintenance and repairs and being the experts in the field for Colony American Homes until its portfolio was stabilized and they were able to internalize operations.

Since 2008, Florida Property Management Services, LLC represented Residential Mortgage Solution (RMS), a specialty finance company that has acquired more than $1.3 billion in troubled residential mortgage assets, including both first and second lien mortgages and REO properties. Florida Property Management Services LLC provided property rehab, cost estimating, contractor supervision, municipality and association debt negotiations and maintenance and repairs for REO properties. Florida Property Management Services, LLC also represented RMS in the sale of REO properties and in the leasing and management of the properties in its rental portfolio until it was sold in 2014 and currently works with RMS fixing and selling REO properties in the Miami market. 

Since 2004, Florida Property Management Services, LLC has represented hundreds of individual and institutional investors in South Florida, in the cities of Miami, Doral, Coral Gables, Aventura, Fort Lauderdale, Weston, Pembroke Pines, Miramar, Coral Springs, Coconut Creek, Plantation, West Palm Beach, Stuart and Port St. Lucie.
